As some may know I love pairing Ocean Shores and Pure Poppy together but now PTI has put out a new color. Tropical Teal I think this may be my new favorite!

I flipped the Circle Scribbles stamp over and used the flat side with Versamark ink to do the outline of the circles before stamping with Fresh Snow ink. I like the bit of shadow it gave. I also stamped the Circles twice just to give it more boldness.
