I used the Bo Bunny off the wall stamp that looks like a brick pattern to make the background. I first stamped it a Simon Says Stamp Slate Gray ink. I did not try to make it a perfect background but I did use my Tim Holtz stamp platform to get even pressure. Then laid down some various Copic sketch markers in purple and cool gray shades to add more texture and contrast to the brick pattern. I ran the brick pattern through my big shot with the largest wonky rectangles die and then cut off all the stitching which left an interesting shape and more of the dark gray cardstock shows through.
I stamped 3 of the larger comic book bubbles and colored the insides in with shades of green Copics. I wanted to keep each one slightly different so the shading varies from bubble to bubble. I list all Copics used down below.
