I've linked to all the products used if you are curious about an item or color. Just click on your preferred shopping site and purchase like normal. I only receive a VERY small portion of the sale and I mean small, but everything helps. (Papertrey Ink links are not affiliated, I link because their products are very good quality and I enjoy them)
I first stamped the Lacy Flower image on to a Kraft cardstock using Versamark ink so that I could heat emboss it with white embossing powder. To color the now embossed image in I used several colors of Prismacolor Colored Pencils in greens and pinks to achieve the shading and highlight that I wanted. The white heat embossing powder acts as a barrier to help keep your coloring with in the lines. Though don't press to hard with the pencils or the color of the wax can transfer to the white of the embossing powder and it is not easy to erase. However I did have some luck using a white gel pen over a small area of the embossing powder that had turned pink.
