For the background I used a Hero Arts stencil and Distress Ink Hickory Smoke. I did this ink blending on my glass media mat, which makes clean up so easy. I secured the stencil and cardstock to the glass media mat with washi tape and that made it easy to peel up and check how my ink coverage was going.
I used some nesting circle dies in various sizes to cut out of the stenciled background after running that through the bigshot with a stitched rectangle die. Then I heat embossed the sentiment on vellum and placed that behind the background. I then layered a smoke gray cardstock behind the vellum and attached those pieces to a card base.
The only thing left to do is add the sequins and nuvo drops, which I scattered along the die cut circles. I did also color in the head piece and the end of her tail with a glitter pen then coated that with glossy accents.
