Hey everyone!
Welcome back. Today is week two of the Art Impressions Challenge All Layered Up and the design team is featuring the newly released Circlets. There are two designs this time; a cute little tea scene and the one I'll be showing today, the Tropical Circlet.
If you haven't made a Circlet card before there are some pre-made card bases that you can purchase from Art Impressions. But on the back of the packaging for each of the circlets, they list instructions on how to make a tryfold card. This is what I tend to do and it is super easy. I bet some of the other design team members did something even more creative, so don't forget to check out the Art Impressions Blog.
For my first layer I stamped the leaves circle then used the coordinating die to die cut the center. The second layer is easily done by tracing the center of the cut out. Then aligning the second stamp, in this case it's the Adirondack chairs and umbrella.
The last layer is aligned the same way after die cutting using the coordinating die for the two chairs scene. After tracing the die cut portion, I lined up the third layer and stamped it. These final layers all have a sentiment around the outer edge.
One of my favorite ways to dress up these circlets is with stencils. I love stencils and I though this Circle Illusion one would work perfectly. I ink blended some inks in some coordinating colors.

Here is a past video on my channel using the Pasture Circlet set.
Thank you so much for joining me today. Happy Stamping!
