I decided last night that I wanted to doodle a Poinsettia. The results ended in me using a scrap of watercolor paper and painting. I have a lot of trouble with loose watercoloring style, unless its just a background.
I added lots of layers to the petals. The leaves turned out a bit more yellow then I wanted. I find the water brush that comes with the Koi watercolor set is hard for me to use to get a fine line. I like it for working with the watercolors but need to break out a finer brush for details.
